Printed Circuit Board Layout Specialist

We are seeking a well-rounded Printed Circuit Board Layout Specialist who is a strategic thinker, pushes to closure, and is performance oriented. The qualified applicant must be reliable, ambitious, and a self-managing individual.

A minimum of 5 years experience in printed circuit board layout, using surface mount technologies. P-CAD and AUTO CAD users preferred and Altium experience is a plus. Also, mechanical detailing and documentation skills are a plus.


 Requirements - Schematic knowledge
- Component definition and pattern creation
- Component placement
- Layer creation
- Routing manual and/or auto
- Design Rules Check (DRC)
- Fabrication drawings
- Stencil Creation
- Drill file for board fabricator
- Gerber files for board fabricator
- Contact board fabricator and set up order
- Contact stencil fabricator and set up order
- Complete documentation, assembly, schematic, and fabrication drawings
- Create pick and place file
- Release documentation

Qualifications:

Manufacturing Floor Manager

A technology company is looking for a Manufacturing Floor Manager to manage the operations of a plant in Horsham, PA. The Manufacturing Floor Manager’s job function is to manage the quality, process, and procedures of parts and units from inventory to finished goods.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Receive sales orders and process into work orders
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate discrepancies
  • Manage materials and limit excess usage
  • Ensure that manufacturing are following all Environmental Health and Safety standards
  • Follow ISO procedures related to process protocols and documentation
  • Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior
  • Establish, maintain, and promote high levels of customer service
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all manufacturing and warehouse labor
  • Train and monitor staff in processes, procedures, and safe work practices
  • Supervision of all manufacturing staff
  • Continuously monitor the performance and activities of subordinates
  • Perform continual process maintenance
  • Ensure that all proper testing and quality requirements are being met
  • Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented. The Manufacturing Floor Manager will not only have ownership of the processes and procedures, but will manage and train all members of the team.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of manufacturing management experience
  • Detail Oriented

Warehouse Supervisor

We have an great opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor, who will be responsible for coordinating efficient operation of the warehouse through managing daily warehouse activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that shipments are made accurately and timely
  • Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior
  • Establish, maintain, and promote high levels of customer service
  • Coordinate deliveries with carriers to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Plan and coordinate labor for the warehouse
  • Train and monitor staff in processes, procedures, and safe work practices
  • Supervision of all warehouse staff
  • Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse

Sales Account Manager – Parking Sectors

  • Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and maintaining new accounts in the parking sector.  Your focus will be on selling rugged, mobile, customizable hand held computers into the parking sector. Your ideal customer will be a software or solutions provider in the parking industry who will develop a new solution or integrate their existing solution with our hardware.  You will work directly with prospects and customers to provide sales and sales-based technical support on a daily basis.  Travel will be required to meet directly with prospects and customers to maintain existing accounts and determine the needs of new accounts, while assisting them in developing a customized solution offering for their business.

  • You must be able to multi task and manage multiple opportunities at one time.  In addition to conducting cold call campaigns and with positive results, you must be able to articulate other ways to creatively identify prospects in the parking sector.

  • You must posses the ability to identify high potential sales opportunities and prioritize them.  You must be able to recognize and define your customer’s growth plans, budgets and project timelines and plan forecasts accordingly.

  • You must demonstrate an advanced understanding of time management techniques, including the ability to prioritize activities and accomplish more in less time.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience in the parking sector, as well as sales experience working with customers to create complex solutions for major parking firms, educational institutions and/or transit authorities.  You must be technically savvy and familiar with the use of hand held mobile enforcement devices in this vertical market.

  • Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and maintaining new accounts in the public safety sector.  Your focus will be on selling rugged, mobile hand held computing devices to this vertical market.  You will work to uncover new sales leads for a wide variety of public safety technologies before the procurement process begins.  You will work directly with customers and prospects to provide sales and sales-based technical support on a daily basis.  Travel will be required to meet directly with customers and prospects to maintain existing accounts and determine the needs of new accounts, while developing a customized solution offering for them.

  • You must be able to multi task and manage multiple opportunities at one time.  In addition to conducting cold call campaigns and with positive results, you must be able to articulate other ways to creatively identify prospects within the public safety sector.  You must possess knowledge of state and local governments’ buying behavior with insights into their contracting history and current mobile technology deployments.  You must also have experience in developing potential teaming partners in this vertical and the ability to maximize your resources with detailed information on key law enforcement, corrections and public safety contacts.

  • You must posses the ability to identify high potential sales opportunities and prioritize them.  You must be able to recognize and define your customer’s growth plans, budgets and project timelines and plan forecasts accordingly.

  • You must demonstrate an advanced understanding of time management techniques, including the ability to prioritize activities and accomplish more in less time.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years experience in the law enforcement industry, as well as sales and industry experience necessary to help Two Technologies become a more widely recognized valued partner in the public safety sector. You must be technically savvy and familiar with the use of hand held mobile devices in this market.
