NEW Lead Developer/Architect – GIS
 

Two Technologies is looking for a Lead Developer and Architect to be responsible for the development of mobile or portable GPS based applications products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, analyze, and enhance new software applications. This includes writing, testing, and analyzing applications

• Design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the application life cycle, ensuring consistent quality in all software released

• Contribute to systems architecture analysis, design, and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering Masters Degree Preferred

• 5+ Years Experience in GIS Solutions Development

• Excellent systems engineering understanding of hardware/software solutions architecting

• Demonstrated Proficiency in Mobile Application Development (Windows CE .NET Compact Framework 2.0 prefer 3.5)

• Knowledge of Web Based Applications

• SaaS and Service Orientated Architectures like SOAP or REST

NEW Senior Systems Development Engineer - GPS

Two Technologies is seeking a senior engineer/scientist to perform development and analysis of algorithms and integrated mobile solutions in the area of GPS and differential GPS-based navigation systems.

Job Responsibilities:
 

The responsibility of this position includes the development of new algorithms for integration into mobile multi-sensor systems, enhancement of existing algorithms in new environments, generation of analysis tools, and the documentation of algorithms and analysis results. Analysis will be performed using real or simulated data. The individual will serve as a lead engineer with minimal supervision, and may lead small technical teams of engineers working on an integrated mobile solutions products

Qualifications:

• MS or PhD in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or Mathematics

• 8+ years experience in the field of navigation and engineering/physics

• Experience with GPS applications including differential GPS

• Expert in Matlab and C/C++ based analysis tools

• Good analytical skills and with experience in designing, implementing and testing computationally intensive algorithms

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Experience in analysis and atmospheric physics, especially in ionosphere delay estimation and modeling

• Familiarity with Satellite-based Augmentation Systems, e.g., WAAS, GAGAN, MSAS or EGNOS

• Experience in phased correction methods for GPS (i.e. RTK Systems)

• Software engineering skills, including software architectural design, and analysis scripting

NEW Senior DSP Engineer

Two Technologies is seeking a senior DSP engineer to perform product development of algorithms for integrated mobile solutions in the area of high precision GPS.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a new product development position.  The successful candidate will participate in design, implementation and test RF GPS receiver systems. Primary responsibilities will focus on the design and development of custom high-speed data acquisition and digital signal processing for precision GPS measurement systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent (Masters preferred)

• Minimum 5 years professional experience

• Minimum 2 years complex multi-layer digital board design

• Minimum 2 years FPGA development

• Minimum 2 years DSP and filter design experience

• Logic simulation experience (e.g. Aldec, Modelsim, etc.)

• Excellent hardware/software troubleshooting experience and solid analog/RF foundation

• Prefer at least 1 years in behavioral VHDL

• Altera development tool experience

• Expertise with MATLAB simulation (filter design, FFT, etc.)
