Technical Writer/Instructor

In this position, you will develop and produce Technical Documents in support of our products.  In addition, this documentation will be used as a basis for the development of training programs for these products.

 

Requirements:

  • Technical writing experience in an environment using Windows® based computers.  Experience with WindowsCE,  is a definite plus

  • Working knowledge of Computer Based training development tools a plus

  • Demonstrated skills in the effective use of Webinars and other Internet    
    based training tools

  • Demonstrated knowledge of training course development

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel necessary

  • Demonstrated skills in classroom presentation

Territory Accounts Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generating revenue and profit margins for Two Technologies in your assigned territory.  You will work directly with our customers to

  • Provide sales and sales-based technical support to customers on a daily basis. 

  • Travel will be required to meet directly with customers to maintain existing accounts and determine the needs of new accounts, while developing a Two Technologies customized solution offering for them. 

  • You must be able to multi task and manage multiple opportunities at one time.  In addition to conducting cold call campaigns and with positive results, you must be able to articulate other ways to creatively identify prospects within your territory.

  • You must posses the ability to identify high potential sales opportunities and prioritize them. You must be able to recognize and define your customer’s growth plans, budgets and project timelines and plan forecasts accordingly.

  • You must demonstrate and advanced understanding of time manaGEMent techniques, including the ability to prioritize activities and accomplish more in less time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years sales experience in a technology driven environment

  • BS in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar field.

Technical Marketing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical Writing, including case studies and press releases
  • Implementing and maintaining marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives
  • Planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating calendars
  • Coordinating requirements with graphics department, maintaining inventory stock, placing orders and verifying receipt of marketing collateral
  • Supporting sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, new product information and relaying customer services requests
  • Researching competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and advertising and maintaining research database

Software Programmer

We are seeking a Software Programmer who is a highly creative, intensely knowledgeable and a self-managed individual who can work well in a fast paced team environment. If this you and you want to be part of the Mobile Computing Revolution, 2T may well be the place for you!

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Development of mobile software applications for our JETT computer products

  • Development of real-time embedded software for integration of peripherals such as GPRS, GPS, RFID, Spread-Spectrum Radios, and Image sensors
  • Development of software tools and demonstration applications.
  • Provide Technical assistance to customers with software related issues.
  • Assist in the development of software testing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Computer Engineering (preferred), or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree or experience
  • Three (3)+ years experience in software design and implementation
    Proficient in C/C++ for embedded applications
  • Assembly and Visual Basic a plus.
  • .NET program languages C# and VB
  • Experience in development for Windows CE
  • Experienced with Visual Studio’s .NET environment
  • Experienced in design of functional code and GUI for desktop and mobile windows environment
