eQuipMe™ provides an intuitive experience of field service management workflows on a handheld device and enables the field service workforce to be mobile while still being connected to their organization’s ERP system. The technician can view assigned tasks, update their status, report debrief, take notes (including media options), get directions to customer locations on map and much more using one of the N-Class handhelds.
Though eQuipMe connects with Oracle Field Service Management Module to complete the end-to-end user flow, it can also work offline. The user can sync the data with server whenever network is available. The product can also enable additional features such as GPS tracking, video call, and device management features when connected to middleware.
